Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Cancellations Made by Customer

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the pickup time, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
  • No-shows or cancellations after the pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations Made by Us

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation (e.g. due to unavailability of the vehicle), a full refund will be issued immediately.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the reservation.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Extras (such as child seats, GPS, etc.) are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.
  • Any charges for damages, fines, or fuel discrepancies are not subject to refund.
